Excellence is not just posturing
One of the less pleasant aspects of the technology business —with many quotes— is that it changes at a much faster pace than many people’s ability to keep up with. These changes are necessary and we put quotes around “less pleasant” because, in reality, it’s great fuel for innovation, staying abreast of developments, and always having an eye on that ever-helpful continuous learning, hard skills development, and more.
Our team plays in the big leagues, in large part, because we have never neglected that part of our work. We are always learning, gaining specialized training, accrediting new knowledge and skills,… Improving from excellence. We do it because that excellence is transferred to our projects and the developments we do for our clients. We don’t wave that flag gratuitously, but apply it and have evidence. An example? We’ve been studying, taking tests like crazy for about a year, and fortunately that effort has paid off.

We are Cloud Solutions Partner of Microsoft
Wembley Studios has recently achieved a milestone that allows it to continue at the forefront, thanks to the effort of our people to always be prepared at the highest level. We are now Cloud Solutions Partner of Microsoft in the Digital & App Innovation section of Azure.
This certification guarantees that we meet Microsoft’s highest standards in six categories that designate our technical capabilities, experience, and excellence in the solutions we implement in Azure, through cloud-native applications, transformation of coding methods, collaboration, and deployment of software in the cloud for our clients.
In addition to this area, Microsoft also certifies in Data & AI, Infrastructure, Security, Work Methodology, and Business Applications. We are close to achieving the Cloud Solutions Partner certification in four other categories, but we wanted to tell you about this first “goal,” because it is extremely difficult to reach this peak and because our team and our clients deserve us to tell them, since it has taken us a long time and effort to qualify according to Microsoft’s new standards.
If you want to tackle projects of greater scope, complexity, and demand according to Microsoft’s “rules,” however tough they may be, you have to be a Partner and we already are. From now on, our clients know it and so do the other companies in the sector.
Ready to win the World Cup
Because that’s what it’s like to play on the team of the stars: you either accept their level of demand or move to a different division. When Microsoft decided a little over a year ago that its certification policy was going to change, that it was going to be more demanding, more restrictive, and that the “merits” for playing a match on its team were going to be harder to demonstrate… we rolled up our sleeves and got down to work.
Not just because we want to prove that we are worthy of trust, excellent at our work, and fully up-to-date according to the highest standards. It’s that our clients —the ones we already have and the ones who want to join our family— must be aware of our philosophy: if something can be done superbly, we are not going to do it just to save the first few minutes of the match. Our talent is available to win World Cups, not for Sunday kickabouts.
It has been months of hard work, study, and preparation, juggling notes with our own projects. All this without neglecting our daily work and without the projects we are already working on suffering, of course. We continue to strive to achieve the other certifications we mentioned earlier soon. But we can proudly say that the training has paid off and that our talent is ready to shine among the select group of the best. We have a star on the shield to prove it.
